Logorama

This is a great short film that really should really strike a chord with any graphic designers out there.  When I first saw this I was continually amazed and amused.  Amazed at the sheer quantity of logos available for use in this type of application, and amused with attempting to identify with each and the curious ways in which they were utilized.  This film was directed by the french animation collective H5, comprised of François Alaux, Hervé de Crécy + Ludovic Houplain and uses more than 2,500 logos, mascots, and icons.

Presented first at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, it opened the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and won a 2010 academy award for best animated short.  The content is a bit abrasive for some audiences so if you feel you might be sensitive to suggestive depictions, crude humor, and frequent profanity by some of your favorite logos then just enjoy the trailer.  Otherwise you can find the full film HERE.
